Mr. Mark Joseph Bradford

Mark J. Bradford, 66 , of Palmdale, CA passed away Nov. 2, 2018. He was born June 28, 1952 in Plymouth, IN to Carl J. and Ruth E. (Miller) Bradford. Mark was a 1972 graduate of Riley H.S in South Bend, IN. He served his country 1973-77 in the Navy on the USS Ranger and Kitty Hawk aircraft carriers during the Vietnam War. He was an Electronics Technician, Petty Officer Third Class. After leaving the military, he was employed as a sonar tester for Bendix Corp and later L-3 in CA. He lived the last 41 years in Los Angeles County. He is survived by his partner Anthony Slivick of Palmdale; three sisters Pamela (Tom) Miller of San Carlos, CA, Jody Bradford of Medford, OR, Lisa Bradford of Pahrump; three brothers Kirk (Lynn) Bradford of Edwardsburg, MI, Michael(Connie) Bradford of Katy, TX and Bruce (Erika) Tweedie of Woodbridge, VA and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Carl and Ruth(Miller) Bradford and his sister Shelley (Bradford) Lentz. Along with an interest in electronics, he was an avid gardener. His yard was always a beautiful display of flowers and plants.
